The store is phenomenal. I hardly great service when I was there, however I would steer clear of any ikamper product. I purchased a sycamore mini a little over a year ago. It started great, and seemed to be a phenomenal tent. However, after having the tent for less than a year I stared to have issues. The ladder was running inside and causing holes to form in the canvas and the fly. I immediately contacted ikamper to rectify this. Amazing store with a great variety selection
This shop is awesome. Great snow peak selection and lots of third party options. Definitely has become my go to. Highly recommend.
