I can't express enough my appreciation for Cecily who worked tirelessly with the manufacturer about an issue with a new tent pole. She responded immediately and It took 22+ emails to resolve, updating me each step, clarifying exactly what occurred in the tent set up to the manufacturer. BigTent seem to have one of the biggest inventories of high quality and special gears and for them to back up with such dedicated attention is really reassuring & commendable.

I appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout the process. It is clear they genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to make things happen.
