Really unimpressed with communication and order processing here. I ordered a Snow Peak stove for a backpacking trip and checked their processing (two days) and shipping (3 to 5 days to Canmore) times, which would have had the stove to me with three days to spare. I paid more than $20 for shipping on the stove. Though I ordered the stove on a Saturday, it didn't actually get to the shipper until Thursday the following week—they just didn't process the order. Just visited the store today and found lots of reasonably priced and high quality camping gear. There’s something for every camper, whether it’s from the high end Snow Peak brand or reliable, well made gear from Korea. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to purchase again with Big Tent Outdoor Equipment Ltd.

Excellent service. I never want to leave the showroom! The team are incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable. Not just about the products, but about the history of the brand's and the people behind them. Bowie was able to back order me some items out of stock most places, and Kevin was a wealth of knowledge Introducing me to 'Jake Lah' products which they stock at this location and online.

The products are decent, but the pricing is extremely high. Compared to Korea, many of the camping items are around 3 times more expensive here. I understand import and operating costs exist, but the price difference feels excessive. It makes it difficult to justify purchasing locally when the same products are available overseas for much less.

The store is phenomenal. I hardly great service when I was there, however I would steer clear of any ikamper product. I purchased a sycamore mini a little over a year ago. It started great, and seemed to be a phenomenal tent. However, after having the tent for less than a year I stared to have issues. The ladder was running inside and causing holes to form in the canvas and the fly. I immediately contacted ikamper to rectify this.
