I had a fantastic experience ordering from Outdoor Equipment. I was looking for the Snow Peak Alpha Breeze tent, which is incredibly difficult to source in Vancouver. Really unimpressed with communication and order processing here. I ordered a Snow Peak stove for a backpacking trip and checked their processing (two days) and shipping (3 to 5 days to Canmore) times, which would have had the stove to me with three days to spare. I paid more than $20 for shipping on the stove. Though I ordered the stove on a Saturday, it didn't actually get to the shipper until Thursday the following week—they just didn't process the order.
