Rented a container to store my belonging due to having to downsize temporarily. We were not told when we rented the container that it would be moved and stacked. Maybe I should have just known, but my container at another storage facility just stays put and I thought it would be the same here. Bought a great container after getting lots of help from Shannon. We went outside and also was helped a great deal by forklift lot worker (didn’t get his name). Another guy, I’m going to assume he was the boss, also gave us lots of info. Great service from an amazingly informed team. Thank you so much for making this a fantastic experience.
