I am not a computer tech or use a computer often other than a word program and some things run by apps. I bought my security system through Big Security, and I’m glad I did! I originally selected them because I wanted a security system that I could install myself and not have a recurring monthly payment. My system isn’t small, so it was quite a large DIY project, but their customer service is exceptional, and they helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
