Pulled in my drive after work to smell something burning - turned out it was my rear brake pads - crazy hot! Friend suggested Bigras; I text Bigras after hours & they responded that night! The next day they scheduled us right away - honest, fair prices and good work - we've already decided they will be our go-to mechanics.

The rear end of my car was making a grinding noise. I was told by my dealership that I needed brakes so I assumed that was the issue. I dropped off the car and let them know my assumptions. Got a call back saying that the brakes are fine and that it was a wheel bearing that is probably covered by factory warranty through my dealership all at no cost to me. I'm very pleased that I was referred to Bigras. I had recently purchased an older car, thought I had gotten an excellent deal, had a brand new inspection sticker. That was not the case...several repairs that needed to be made, biggest one was that my car was unsafe to drive. Thanks to this garage, important repairs were made! I'm grateful for them.
