I had my medium size knotless braids done here. The ladies were quick and very nice. The braids were done perfectly and I’ve gotten many compliments. I would totally recommend them.

This place is extremely unprofessional & customer service is horrible. I thought I'd give this place a 2nd try, but after this screw up, I vow never to return again. The first time I made an appointment, I left work a few hours early to arrive at the N Tryon location to see the person who was supposed to do my hair braiding someone else's hair.
