Monica is absolutely wonderful — 10/10 would recommend! As for the new receptionist… hmm, let’s just say she’s giving off “did I offend you in a past life?” vibes. I promise I was polite — peak customer energy. But she was about as warm as a fridge door. The previous receptionist was super lovely and helpful, so the contrast really stands out. Hope this helps the owner… unless the new receptionist is the owner. In that case... surprise!
Professional and great customer service. Received glasses today can see the best in years. Have had bilateral cataract surgery prior but now all vision is great and Monica corrected all vision issues with the prescription lenses.
Amazing staff and quality, wide variety of products, quick to arrive and would 100% recommend!
