Bighorn was diligent about getting the repairs done, even with interruptions and delays due to weather. They called every day to let me know the status of the repair, cleaned up afterward, and stuck to the price. We chose to have repairs done now in advance of winter weather, but will consider a new roof in the spring.
The Owner and workers do eveything possible to work with you. The worker do a clean job and are very proficient.
These guys are great! At first, I started to go with another company, and even then, Bighorn gave me advice even though I wasn't going to use them. That shows they are concerned about customers. After having the worst experience, it was nice to have the best experience. I carry their cards with me to refer other people because you want your friends to have a great experience, too. Me and my 2 neighbors used them ... we are all very happy, they took care of everything replacing our 3 roofs.
This company maintained good communication throughout the process. The quality of work is very good and the representative was very responsive to requests to make changes in areas that were difficult to initially assess and repair.
Mac met with me on time at my convenience. He presented a well documented estimate. His sub, Alberto, and crew did the job very well and on time. I could not have expected any more. Jon

Mac looked at my roof and advised me well. He did not try to sell me things I did not need. He responded quickly to my requests and was professional in talking with me. He told me ways to save money and still get a good result. I will use them again.
