I stayed at Tucker Mtn for 2 nights while I was in Copper for Courage Classic. Upon arrival I learned that the security system had been hacked and none of the room keys worked. I completely understand that Bighorn did not have control over this. And neither did the paying guests. However, Bighorn could have shown much better service by proactively communicating with the guests, reaching out to check on guests, and offering to comp some of the cost for the huge disruption it caused. We love this mountain and condo in the summer perfect amenities, we are road bikers and this is the place to be, so many options! This condo is perfectly located to the vail pass, the keystone, Loveland and great restaurants in Breck! Thank you again!

Our stay was absolute perfection!! The Mountain View’s and the cozy home made it even better!! We had everything we needed and more! Even with the less than perfect winter we had an incredible time. The hot tubs and all the amenities were awesome! Thank you for such a memorable trip!! We will be back!!

Bighorn Rentals offer top-notch customer service. We rented the "hotel room style" lock-off at Passage Point, and while we understood there would only be a microwave for cooking we didn't anticipate not having dishes. There is a coffee pot, and dishtowels are provided, but no cups! BR brought over plastic serveware and paper plates, bowls and cups. Then we had a lock issue with the door; again BR responded immediately to meet our needs. There's lots of storage in the unit and the ski locker helps immensely. Building is quiet... read more
