I recently had neck surgery. The staff and everyone involved were great. They answered all my questions and took care of everything. This was the most anxious surgery I've ever had, but they made me feel calm and comfortable. Thank you Glen poffenbarger, Derek Rigby, and everyone else. Great job!

Husband had a back injection and Dr. Poff was really rough and rude. After he was done my husband asked since the injections aren't working what is the probability of back surgery. He was told if he can't do a desk job then he would not get back surgery. Now I did not say anything because it wouldn't have done any good but just because one isn't able to sit at a desk for any reason shouldn't mean they should be discriminated against.

The day after the surgery, I was able to walk a mile. I'm now a week and a half post op with NO pain meds,, and my neck and shoulder areas haven't felt this good in a decade! Dr. Poffernbarger is one of a kin... read more

I use Big Horn Medical Center for all my medical needs. For my primary care John V. is great. I never feel rushed and he has really helped me get control and take charge of my health. To Dr. Poffenbarger and his PA Kayla who are world class surgeons right here in the Big Horn Basin. I have had two major back surgeries and feel blessed that I can get that kind of treatment without having to go to a City. They are awesome and the rest of the staff is so accommodating and there for you the patient that I wont be going anywhere ... read more
