Fili Sagapolutele, rude and unprofessional. Never returned calls or texts when it was important, or anytime actually. If it is important to your life- take it somewhere else, please. A lot of lies and promises is all I got, except for the "Quit" letter from them after the limitations ran out. Never communicated anything. Really messed my family up big time. Don't even know what to do now......
