Doing work for spectrum in my area and have managed to cut the water lines almost daily. Calling their main number the lady who answers lies and says that aren't even working in my area. If you see their trucks in your area, you're in trouble.

They were subcontractors for spectrum drove a bucket truck through my yard didn't ask where septic tank was drove over it and it collapsed.All driver. Say was he called his boss and told him he was following Duke power tracks which was a lie.Duke always ask and never drove over septic tank.

Their crew came and started digging up my yard with no warning and cut my power. The worker came to my door and said the whole side of the street is out of power. He said the power company was coming to fix it and they never did. It was just a buddy of there’s who came. They then left without any corrections and now the next morning they are across the street digging in someone else’s yard. Very unprofessional and clearly don’t know what they are doing.
