Big Guy Electric: these guys are in class of their own. For the second time in as many years BGE responded to our call and once again, within 24 hours, Tico arrived on our doorstep the next morning (this time with a coffee in hand, no less, because he knew we had no access to our kitchen - solved our problem and was gone before my coffee was even tepid! Steve from Big Guy helped us on a Sunday! After Christmas of all times! He answered our messages and took time away from his own life to help us when he was on his own time.
