Steve from Big Guy helped us on a Sunday! After Christmas of all times! He answered our messages and took time away from his own life to help us when he was on his own time. I need to write this. I called up BigGuy for a cronic issue which I was facing with some of my basement outlets and told them this has been serviced by other licensed electrician earlier but the problem didnt resolve. Tico came and not just able to find the root cause of the problem but also rectified it. Also he was able to explain in details the issue. I found both Tico and Steve very professional and for sure will call them for all my future electrical works.
