Highly Recommended!!! Two years ago I had a new Trane unit installed at my house by Biggs. Their estimate was by far the lowest and their service is impeccable. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Then I had all the ductwork in my house replaced. Again, by Biggs. The guys that came to the house couldn't have been nicer or more respectful of my house - the carpets and hardwood floors - even removing their shoes before entering so as not track dirt into the house. Appreciating Professionalism I have never had a company provide the level of service that I recive from Biggs Heating and Air. I get almost immediate response. I get personal and friendly service. And, most importantly, I get my things fixed right the first time with no hidden costs. The techs are nice, and honest, and forthright about the issues. The billing people are great. Very informative and professional The technicians who came to our house were very informative and professional like the service they performed. We felt very confident with Biggs Heating & Air, also we are satisfied with them.
Stay away from Lennox Products I would steer clear of any company who had the gall to appear in TVA ads with that con artist Dave Lennox. Lennox is in business to sell substandard products and then charge outrageous prices for repairs that were defects to begin with.
The owner is so involved When you call, the owner is the one who sets up all the estimates and jobs/repairs. Its nice to know that the owner is so involved and it helps provide peace of mind.
