Biggs Garage Door Repair has to be the best garage door company. We used them 2 years ago and never experienced one problem and that is why we upgraded with them today. They are the most service oriented and professional company I have dealt with in the past 33 years. They are truly remarkable. Fast and courteous response prior and after service, high quality work, and on budget with great follow up. What else can I say!
Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Called Biggs Garage Door Repair on Sunday August due to a broken spring, not thinking that they would answer. Not only did they answer, they said they could have someone out that day to replace the spring. I was just hoping to have it done, at best on Monday. I called Biggs Garage Door Repair the same day we noticed our garage door spring snapped. They were able to be there within the hour. Jeremy was our technician. He was amazing. He was a very nice person, respectful and gave me the best affordable option for repair. He was very thorough and efficient. We had a great experience with these guys. They inspected All parts of our garage door for any tear and wear and and replaced the worn out parts. They also explained to us everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. Their charges were very reasonable.I would definitely recommend them.
