Quick and painless, except for my wallet. But that is not on them. Salesman, (Kyle) was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
Too expensive for repairs. Quoted $700 for parts and labor, where it cost $50.99 and 10 minutes labor elsewhere. Will not be back.
Hello I dropped my car off at Biggs about a week ago because of an accident that happened someone hit my car while It was parked. The person attempted to drive off and if it wasn't for a crowd of people who knew me the person would have got away was hitting my car. They actually bumped into my car trying to get out of a parking spot 2:30 in the morning. I had an appointment with Biggs to look at the bumper and see what it would take to get fixed. Jennifer was extremely pleasant and helpful. A part was needed to fix my Acadia per a recall and she said she would get in touch when it was available. She called me the same day to say that the part was already in stock and a quick appointment was made. Service was on time and took a little less time than Jennifer estimated. Altogether a smooth and pleasant experience. If I look for a vehicle in the future, I would definitely consider this dealership. Many thanks! Dave Smith
