I went in to Biggs with an old family photo in black and white. Franklin Adams restores photos (even if damaged with creases, fading or spots). He did an amazing job and also colorized the photo absolutely perfectly. I highly recommend him and Biggs generally for photo restoration and colorization!
literally the best place for getting disposable cameras processed. Very good pricing, they email you the photos, and can also ship you the prints. I'm never going to CVS ever again
