I could not be happier with the guys over at Biggs. They are always next-day with my C-41 scans, and reasonably quick with B&W scans. They are incredibly dependable.
I dropped off B&W ISO200 film to be developed. Upon drop off they informed me that it would be 10 Days - 2 weeks before I received my scans. While I was surprised, I decided to stay the course and wait. about 2 weeks later I received my scans and they were virtually unusable because of how low quality they were. The scans were 1 megapixel, and because of the abysmal quality, the signature grain of the film I used was completely lost.
