Since Wolf Camera went out of business Biggs is the only camera store in Charlotte. If you don't walk in waving money in their face then they don't care to help you. I have been here on numerous occasions looking at cameras, and I have spent well over a $1000 in this store and I WILL NOT give them my business anymore, and every time the customer service is the same. LOVE Biggs Camera I have only been shopping at Biggs for a short time and have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me purchase and learn how to use my first DSLR. I have never encountered anyone not willing to help me out. They are also very child friendly. I have three children and they are very tolerant and even have a play area set aside for them. I wish all retail stores were as good as Biggs Camera. THANK YOU !!!

STAY AWAY *Update* Steve I understand you tried everything in your power to fix the problem but understand we are business owners also. We know how it works. The biggest problem I had is according to my wife you pretty much hid in the back and only spoke to my wife once. Customer support is lacking! I have actually used Biggs on several occasions and unfortunately, the customer service I've received from one of their sales persons has been absolutely horrible. This gentleman has a very bad attitude when dealing with customers and acts like he doesn't even want to work there. One time, I purchased a flash bracket for my Canon that got stuck on the camera's bracket. Reply from Biggs Camera This is a response from Biggs Camera to the review that says "Stay Away". We tried our best to satisfy this customer in every way we could but she was unhappy no matter what we did. The original lens purchased was a used lens that was defective and we were not aware of it when we sold it. That was our mistake which we apologized for it. STAY AWAY FROM BIGGS BUY ONLINE – We went there last week and purchased a used lens for over $400. We drove down the road to freedom park to try it out. When we got there we found out the lens was broken. We drove back only to have the cashier tell us how mad he was because it was going to cost the company because they had to get the lens fixed. Great Service, Stand behind what they Sell!!! Biggs Camera is the last ( I think) locally owned camera store. If you need more than an order taker, after the purchase assistance, knowledgeable staff, then Biggs is the place. I recently purchased a lens from their inventory of used dslr gear and after a few weeks noticed a hitch in the AF drive, I took it in fearing the worst, they sent it to Nikon and the repair was covered under a store warranty.
