I have used Steve and Biggins Exterminating on my house and my garage for multiple types of pests (carpenter ants, yellow jackets, etc…). He knows his stuff! and has eliminated the problem each time. In world where every company seems to be some corporate entity where the staff barely knows the basics, a family business where you actually get the guy who has been doing it for 40 years is a good find! Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend Biggins Exterminating co, I had a hornets nest in my back yard and Steve was able to come right out and take care of it for me at a great price!
Looking to take care of a mouse infestation at my father's house, I researched exterminators . After speaking with a few different companies, I determined that Biggins Exterminating, although a bit more expensive, offered the most thorough and comprehensive eradication techniques. Several companies offered only bait boxes and when I expressed concern about a pet cat getting one of the poisoned mice, I was told "We recommend taking the cat to a vet". Steve and I discussed a possible termite issue over the phone. He asked for a picture. He explained that it was a pavement ant and that I should vacuum them up and it would only be temporary. He stated they were probably coming in the basement at the baseboard and I should seal it. Great service! -Brian Johnston
We had an issue with both mice and ants, and Steve handled it perfectly. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable—explained everything in detail and answered all our questions with patience. On top of that, Steve is very personable and easy to work with, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Highly recommend their services!
