Steve came by to fix our ant and mice infestation two months ago and I tell you I couldn't be more pleased with his service and his knowledge of his service and knowledge of our problem with rodent issue. My parents were looking for a pest control company for the Ant problem they wers having I did my research and decided to go with Biggins because of the amazing reviews they have on Google, Yelp, Facebook, Angie's list ect. I found a large yellow jacket nest under my deck on a Saturday and called Biggins who had a person answering the line to take info. Got a callback Sunday, and treatment on that Monday. Great fast service!
Not only did they come out to address the hornets nest I called about, they did a thorough check of my yard (and found two additional nests I had not known about). I was so grateful they took the time to do this, as one nest was in our children's swing set area we had not noticed. Very thorough job, explained everything clearly, very pleasant to work with and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
