Was seated in a timely fashion, everything during the hearing text was explained as it occurred, the follow up with results was also thoroughly explained with the audiologist who did the testing. I highly recommend them!
I was expertly cared for and fully informed about the test, test results, the state of my hearing, tinnitus, hearing aid options... everything. KUDOs to everyone at Biggert's for their welcoming, warm, competent, efficient, effective care and service. Frankly, I was reluctant to leave.
