Was seated in a timely fashion, everything during the hearing text was explained as it occurred, the follow up with results was also thoroughly explained with the audiologist who did the testing. I highly recommend them!
I was expertly cared for and fully informed about the test, test results, the state of my hearing, tinnitus, hearing aid options... everything. KUDOs to everyone at Biggert's for their welcoming, warm, competent, efficient, effective care and service. Frankly, I was reluctant to leave.
Wonderful experience. Tonya answered all of my questions, updated my hearing aids to the new settings after my hearing test. She always explains things so I can understand them.
Everything was clearly explained and all of my questions were answered. I was able to practice putting on and taking off my hearing aids. I also was able to manipulate the phone features so I felt capable when I left. My reasons for being there were heard and acknowledged. The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable about the products and what is best for the individual. I’m so thankful I was led to you and will give a huge recommendation to others. I already feel more confident in myself.
