Dr McDonald was thorough, professional, pleasant. I do not yet need a hearing aid but have learned a lot about hearing in general as well as my case in particular
We have had our share of dr appointments and with an autistic four year old who has medical trauma, they don’t always go well. Today exceeded every expectation. Y’all should write the book on how to work with families like ours. Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and support. Easily the best experience we’ve had with a specialist in ages!
