The entire staff at Biggert's is simply amazing. I have worked with numerous audiology offices over the years and this one is outstanding.
great appt. On time! quick eval. clear explanation. Staff friendly!
Tonya is knowledgeable and patient. She truly cares about all of her clients. Without a doubt I can recommend Mountain Hearing Care (dba Biggert's) for any hearing concern.
Shannon is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes the time to explain things in a way that I can understand. Her level of expertise, patience, and empathy surpasses any expectation one may have when going for an evaluation. Outstanding individual! I feel fortunate to have her as my audiologist.
Dr McDonald was thorough, professional, pleasant. I do not yet need a hearing aid but have learned a lot about hearing in general as well as my case in particular
