They replaced an automatic transmission on a mini cooper S in a day or two from receiving it from the supplier. Worked well with the auto warranty I have through RFCU. You will need to check in regularly to move things along. They are not proactive with updates or reaching out or moving forward.
I highly recommend Bigger’s Motor Werks; they get to the bottom of the problem and fix it with expertise. The only problem is the follow-up phone calls; I have never gotten a call back with an estimate or what was wrong. When I finally called I was told a fuel pump had been ordered and they would call when it was ready. No call! When I called I was told it was ready, I asked how much it would be and had to be picked up off the floor. I picked it up and next morning it would not start.
