I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased my Mazda from Biggers, and at the time of sale, I was promised complimentary access to the Mazda app for three years. However, the app stopped functioning after just one year. Over the past two weeks, I have contacted the dealership multiple times. Franco and Marco were absolutely flawless in their hospitality and kindness. Both were extremely educated about all of my Mazda options from vehicle choice to the very best financing available. They each made the car buying process simple and easy, being patient with all of my concerns, and making sure they found me the perfect car deal.
