I Would Not Recommend I do not recommend this company. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, especially for a mental health provider where communication and compassion should be the standard. My biggest complaint is that no one answers the phone. this is the one place that communication should be the easiest. Their direct line is useless. Amber is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. Her staff and associates are also top notch.
As a therapist, I refer to Bigger Skies frequently because I know that my clients will be taken care of by some of the best in the business. Amber Whitlach is a wonderful psych provider who looks at the whole person and does not just blanket prescribe the same meds for everyone. My clients have felt heard and cared for, and have often thanked me for referring them to a psych provider who genuinely cares about their wellbeing.
