Let them know on Thursday of a leak in basement. Told me to have dept of water come out...which they did 7:30 am Friday morning. Called after and they said they would have someone come out...never did. I have a disabled child who also has GI issues and she's been vomiting all weekend from the sewer smell coming through our vents even with the heat off. Next to impossible to get a hold of anyone. Was told I’d have keys to the area to access my unit’s circuit breaker and still don’t have them. It’s been 2 months. Was told I’d have a new porch door and light. Still don’t. The garage door is stuck down and the garage itself is full of garbage bags from who knows when and why. Don’t bother complaining or asking about anything because you’ll be told to “live in a single-family unit”. Was told I’d be billed for water on a quarterly basis. Still don’t have that.
