Unless your company has a very clear social media policy and the 3 offending employees have a history of insensitive behavior, shame on you for firing them. Although the posts are in bad taste, giving into the social media PC trolls that want blood everytime someone in our society does something they find inappropriate or don't like is just as disgraceful as the employees judgement. I hope each one has hired an attorney to dispute what could be an unwarranted dismissal. Smallee Crane should re-think how it reacts to employee... read more

They swiftly did the right thing by terminating the employment of the three insensitive idiots that disrespected the people of the Paradise fire. This shows they have great business ethics.

There was an incident that occurred in Paradise, Ca where a few disrespectful workers poked fun at others' misfortune. With that being said Bigge did the right thing and terminated said employees. They seem to be a respectable company.

you were closed so how can you fire the 4 employees . I don't like you slandering my wife or people like you on my son's and friends properties . I'm a Heavy wheel Mechanic , operator and Combat engineer 12B 63 sierra. We never acted like that , We were busy working.Also a retired Fire fighter

While hoping to find pictures of my house/property, that was destroyed by the Camp Fire, on Facebook, I come across a worker... posing dead animals for joke pictures, and generally having a “gay old time” playing with fire victims belongings... I am both sickened and FURIOUS...!!! Rob Freestone...? May he rot in hell...
