If coffee shops had a customer service Olympics, BIGGBY COFFEE would be taking home the gold medal every time. The staff is hands-down the friendliest group of people I’ve ever encountered at any coffee chain. Every visit feels like stopping by to see friends rather than ordering a drink. Biggby is one of my favorite coffee places! Some of my go-tos are a mocha mocha, frozen or hot depending on my mood, and a banana bread Créme freeze from their ‘secret menu’. Love their new power stack which is gluten friendly! Not many places offer gluten friendly options so was VERY happy when they added it to the menu. And it is delicious! Next time I’m going to try it with an added egg. That’s another thing I love about Biggby, their customizability!
BEST COFFEE IN MY LIFE. I am not being dramatic either. GINO sir you put your FOOT into my coffee and I don't mean just the toe. The WHOLE FOOT !! My coffee was PERFECT. New to the area and this was first coffee ship I saw. The coffee was actually really good and they made my wife's coffee w/ requested adjustments as well. And their breakfast Sammy with honey biscuits slap
