I just went here and got a medium chai with sweet foam and a brown sugar latte from tara shes very quiet I couldnt hear her and then she told me it was 10 dollars so I gave her 11 and than she told me it wasnt enough and she said 13 which she didnt. The lid wasnt on right and it spilled all over my car and there was hair in my chai. It took over 15 minutes to get both of our drinks
Went to my favorite Biggby this morning and they ASKED me if I wanted to tip and how much!? I always tip because the girls there are the best but I felt this was a little out of line. I don’t like that they put me on the spot. Not sure why this is changed but I certainly hope they don’t continue this way.
Absolutely love the coffee and all the biggby girls . Was a little put off this morning when asked for tip and had to specify how much. In the past no one has asked and I’ve ALWAYS given tips this time it felt a little forced . I feel you should give the customer the machine or don’t ask at all . Otherwise keep up the great work girls ❤️
