Very Poor Service Clerk Was not knowledgeable and messed up order. had to ask twice for receipt for my company
THANK YOU to the amazing crew at the Clinton Street Defiance OH location. First of all, they were all super sweet and helpful, greeting us and explaining menu items on request. We left happy, saying they were super fast with more offerings than some locations we’ve been to. Fast forward several hours and hundreds of miles later when I realized I had LOST my wallet. There is not a negative number to give you for the way your company has disrespected the mentally challenged and the way your staff act and don't hide it hate to even give it a one star
Saw a review about the staff not caring about the health and safety of its customers but when I am there they are all wearing their masks and making sure the place is spotless, the just remodeled too so it looks very nice in there! Whoever has became the new manager must be doing something right, the wait times have gone down tremendously, it is probably because they are hiring in lots of people, since I am seeing new faces daily! Great place to go!!!
