This one is the slowest of them all. Maybe more staff is needed? Respectfully, it seems like a chronic issue

I ordered an iced coffee about 35 minutes ago, the same I order all the time from every localtion I go to. At this location it keeps being made wrong. I usually just deal with it, it's usually okay enough to drink. Today it tasted NOTHING like what I ordered. The worst one I have ever been given. So we went back to get it remade. They started remaking it before even asking what was wrong with it to even fix it. Which makes no sense at all. They were too busy talking to each other instead of us. I've been a regular at Biggby, but the quality of the coffee has noticeably declined during my last few visits. It tastes weaker than usual, almost like they're using decaf by mistake. I hope they address this soon because it used to be one of my favorite stops
