The baristas are always so kind and helpful. They helped me find my go-to drink: Tan Line. ☕
Biggby Coffee has the biggest, funnest, most interesting latte and drink combos. They have great names, too. The service is fast but accurate. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because it is a pretty uninspired decorated place.
Order: drink- large pumpkin chai cold brew with pumpkin cold foam. Food- maple waffle SE&C. Was served curdled cold foam. Can you not see the chunks when adding the foam? Hoping this was just a fluke with their new pumpkin cold foam recipe for the season. Skip it, I had to trash my whole drink. Also, it’s so weird for the baristas to ask if you want to tip before even receiving what you ordered. So I just tipped you for your ability to take my order at a drive thru? I surely wouldn’t have offered a tip for curdled cold foam.
Expect a 15 minute wait in the drive thru if you don’t leave a tip. (Only car in drive thru, zero customers inside). And the same baseless reply “we ask if you want to leave a tip to speed up the process.” You’re actually lengthening it and making it awkward and forced. It’s a drive thru, 99% of folks aren’t thinking about leaving you a tip. If they want to, they’ll say something. Problem solved. They say they offer a vegan sandwhich but they don’t. The people that work here don’t know the difference between vegan and gluten free. Try and explain the difference and get cut off mid sentence by a ‘yeah I get it’ remark. Bagels are made with yeast and two percent milk I was told. How can people work in the food industry and not know what they are even serving?
