Well, I won’t be back. Get a bagel at the drive thru. As I give the cashier my card, she asks if I’m leaving a tip? “For what?” Tipping is out of hand. And to ask for it at a drive thru is next level.
Its monday march 2nd around 10:25 the three people who assisted in my order did a phenomenal job. My drink I always order was superb the bagel was fresh and made Exactly how I asked. The gentleman at the window did an amazing job. Im very picky about certain things and everything was perfect. I was glad to be able to be in and out with zero issues. This location and north bend alwaysss seeem to get it right!!! The owner is also an amazing person ive met him several times.
Waited 10 minutes for one drink . 5 of those minutes were spent at the window. Not like it was a long line. Paid for my drink but ended up just leaving. People working there were just standing around. I don’t mind waiting but it was for one simple drink. Seemed unreasonable.
I was trying to find a restroom and no gas stations nearby would allow public use. The staff was so friendly and I have never been here before. Great coffee and saved my travel day with a bathroom🙌 Thank yall
This location is separated from the rest of the Biggbys for me lol. This one feels like a standalone local coffee shop. I love everyone who works here, I love their coffee everytime, and they always remember my boyfriend's food order.
