I always get extremely friendly and helpful service at this location. It is my favorite!
The girl taking the order is not bad. She actually asks if we have a card which most branches don’t. The girl that serves the coffee needs to learn manners ! If someone says thank you ! You say YOURE WELCOME !! it’s that simple ! Customer service 101 dude. Get with it. She literally looks me dead in my eyes as I say thank you and says absolutely nothing back 👎🏾
My friend informed me of the special they were having today. And she told me there was a scratch off given with every order. As I placed my order the cashier did not give me the scratch off ticket. In fact she didn't even mention it. I figured they were out. Of course she happily gives the 2 customers behind a scratch off with no problem.
