Interesting find in my bagel
Yall gave me a coldbrew that was more than 1/4 sweet foam and seems to have had more sweet foam mixed in the coldbrew as well. I say this because the color of my cold brew is way too light for it to have almost no flavor that can be tasted. Also I worked at a biggby in the past; a 24oz should be getting something like 4/5 pumps of syrup, from memory, which makes it super sweet by default. Repeated my order twice. Ordered a breakfast sandwich on an asiago bagel and got a plain bagel. Ordered dark roast coffee, repeated twice, and got regular coffee. And it’s not cheap fast food. I have been to multiple other Biggby coffees and gotten great product and service. Not this one.
Went there around 1:30 pm ,12/16/24. Incompetent workers. Whoever made the iced coffee I ordered did a sloppy job. The cup was filled way too heavy and that mess spilled on me. The cashier (with curly dark hair and nails) that handed me that sloppy mess wasn't helpful. I had to go home and switch outfits. Don't plan on coming back to this location.
Fast and friendly. I go to this BIGGBY only—it’s the best one I’ve been to. Lindsay was great at the window!
