First time visiting from out of town and unfortunately the experience wasn’t welcoming. The staff seemed uninviting, and I was told I couldn’t substitute oat milk in my frappuccino — which has never been an issue for me before. While that was disappointing, the customer service itself was the bigger concern. Sadly, this will be my first and last visit.
The team at the Biggby Coffee in Oakley was incredible to work with for a recent large coffee order for our organization. They were helpful with information, super responsive and made extra efforts to make sure all the coffee we needed was ready in time for our event. It was so appreciated! Looking forward to working with Amy and her team again!
I love this Biggby!! The staff is always so friendly & the coffee is amazing! I’m also a big fan of their bagel sandwiches, always 10/10. Keep up the great work!! :)

This is one of my favorite coffee places in town! There are so many options to choose from, and the staff is always so friendly. I definitely would recommend going to this lovely establishment.
