I do not like their awful bitter coffee, SSOO I tried the box tea? Yuk. Took the boxed teas (plural) back and asked if anyone wanted it because I just didn't want to throw it away... hmmm..just saying..
i went through this morning and waited 15-20 minutes for my coffee and bagel. I of course understand it can be busy at times, but i was the only car in drive thru for at least 10 minutes of that time. Food/coffee is amazing, service wise i was not pleased.
