Maybe 3.5 stars? I Ordered an extra hot teadybear and some donut holes. It was my first time ordering the donut holes. They are trash. Hard and a slimy outside. I’m not sure that my teddy bear actually came extra hot, but I don’t think that’s worth a complaint.
Don't usually leave reviews, but I had to after receiving such great service today! My daughter and I went in and sat to get work done. Ended up being there a lot longer than planned. Employees were so kind and drinks they made us were great! Daughter had special requests and girl at register was so nice about it! Okay, the fact that you can get frozen sugar-free coffee with so many different flavors, is definitely going to be my new favorite splurge!! I blame my boyfriend for my newest coffee love!
I come here regularly and recently I ordered a frozen drink and it was completely melted. The quality of the customer service has changed in a negative way in my opinion. I have been here a few times and heard recently it is under new management. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. The new management here may want to consider quality of life for their employees before they potentially run it into the ground.
Ordered an ice coffee and an iced matchalatte with vanilla and cold foam. Matchalatte came out hot, which was not a huge deal I let them know and they promptly remade the drink. The iced matchalatte had clumps of matcha and they did not put any vanilla in it
