Sometimes my coffee is good, sometimes it tastes like water. And their card reader is down again today. It’s really annoying. It’s like the third time the reader is down and it’s ridiculous.
Ordered a butter bear with extra flavoring bc I like my coffee sweet, it didn’t have any flavoring at all. I even stirred it to make sure. I couldn’t go back due to time constraints, was not ok.
Went mid-morning on Thursday. Love the space/cozy atmosphere, I would love to come back and do online work here if I lived closer. I ordered my first Matcha—it was pretty good! My only issue was that the baristas seemed pretty unenthusiastic and quiet. It was a slow time, granted, but they didn’t smile or sound cheerful. All in all, this visit got the job done!
I walked into to this store today ( never having been in a BIGGBY before) the 2 girls working were SO patient and so KIND! My goodness it was so nice to this kind of help and care!! Would recommend again based on service alone!! ( 3.12.26)
