2nd visit to this location. First visit had less than pleasant experience from an employee that didn't seem to want to be there. I entered the store and approached the register. Cashier said, "I'll be right with you". I acknowledged as she was sorting out some type of order tickets or receipts. Then she went to wash out a frozen drink blender. We only went through drive through. I don’t know the atmosphere. We didn’t have any food. The service was ok. The girl at the counter acted like we were a bother to her. Once we actually got to the window, and we were the only customers there, we sat there waiting for at least 2 minutes before she got to the window and opened it. She wasn’t Miss Personality. I was very surprised. It was my first visit to a Biggby. And it will probably be my last after I see their employees.
