I love Bigby's selection of drinks. They have some unique items that I don't find at other shops. The staff is outstanding. I've visited there several times and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I sometimes make special requests and they go out of their way to ensure I am satisfied. Great quality of food and drink. Great service model. Great location.
Coffee was amazing! The girl who helped me was very sweet! I told her it was my first time there and she asked if she could help me find something! She was very helpful in answering my questions, and very knowledgeable about their products! This place will definitely be my new Starbucks! Much better service,and way nicer staff!

I visited the other day and I believe her name was Emra? Anyways she was absolutely amazing and provided great service. I look forward to coming back to this location!!
