Wonderful hospitality but make sure you check your food because it's almost never right. Two days in a row with the cream cheese issue. "Can I get cream cheese on both sides of the bagel?" "Extra cream cheese?" "Sure!" "Can I get sausage, egg, & cheese but swap the sausage for bacon?" "Is cheddar cheese still okay?" "Yeah, that's fine :) " Either they're not paying attention or they think they can get away with charging more for regular sandwiches.

If I could give no stars I would. They charged my card twice then denied me a refund. Staff member told me they can’t refund until payment processed and to call back - called back as soon as payment processed and manager was rude telling me she’s only been at work “20 minutes” and that there’s nothing she can do that it has to be refunded same day… so I said she needs to educate her staff because I was told otherwise and she made excuses saying her staff did nothing wrong. Ah well served me right for going to this one. We normally go to the one on Ford road. The Ford road location is FRIENDLY and always worth spending my money. This location on Michigan Ave however isn't so friendly. Today I was told I can't pick up their monthly coupon unless I purchase something. Say what??? I guess this location doesn't know that being friendly and generous is what makes biggby stand out. So anyone in the Canton area PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE...DON'T PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION.
