This location used to have super friendly staff. I’ve been going to this location here and there over the years and have always felt good supporting this business. They have always been super nice and I’ve always tipped too! The past few times I have been here, the drive thru baristas met me with a rude tone and attitude. @Ryan the owner. I’m a die hard loyal customer of your store because you have the best baristas. I visit daily and spend between $20-$30 so it really upsets me that you are planning to stop allowing us customers our point for the drinks purchased(not the free drink of course). I find that to be greedy. It takes me forever to get a free drink and I come daily. This is how you show your customers APPRECIATION. We aren’t asking for a point on free drinks. They expect a tip everytime! So be ready to tip. Coffee is good , but if there was a tim horton next door.....i would go there.
