Honestly I so disappointed from the service at this location. I ordered a simple iced coffee large with no ice. You ask me if I wanted whip..I say yes please. Then I'm questioned if I wanted some of your lemon bites. No. I don't or I would have said so. I understand your need to push products but what really did it for me was the fact that you simply ignored what I had asked for once I received my coffee. I'm fed up with this. I love stopping here after work for coffee! They always do a wonderful job and everyone is so nice!! Best Biggby location ever!
10/10 always! I've been coming here and getting a Oreo milkshake since I went to the middle school near by in 2016, and they have never disappointed me! I moved into a home nearby and have been a regular since! Thank you to everyone who works here and knows me and makes my day just a bit better by FILLING IT TO THE TOPPL every time :) I love yall! ❤️
