An amazing experience with April, Sarah, Jaden, Eli, Eden and Lou. This coffee shop has the best service.
This is a great coffee shop, it’s replaced all my other coffee shops. The service is amazing and good quality is stellar. Thank you April, Sarah and Lou! I’d suggest everyone try this coffee shop.
I love this location but today came up short. Ordered 2 20oz drinks. Didn’t realize it until later, but got a 16oz and 1 20 oz with the 20 oz barely halfway filled. I will return but will definitely check my orders before pulling off. Usually they are always on point. I also tried to call to report but phone goes straight to voicemail and says the voicemail hasn’t been setup🤦♀️.
April and Lou always brighten my day! They greet me with smiles and positive energy, making every morning start off right. Even during the busiest times, they keep the atmosphere warm and welcoming. And of course, the coffee is absolutely amazing!
The service girl was so rude, giving me a five minute lecture about not looking in the window. Stating that's why they had the window shading, to provide privacy! She had no name tag on and took approximately 3 to 5 minutes to even come to the window. I thought they were closed. serious question why do they need privacy? After all this, we still decided to get coffee I got a coffee with caramel and whipped cream, a hot coffee, but the coffee turned out to be only lukewarm and old. The whipped cream was just runny.
