We waited almost 15 minutes for anyone to take our order. There were 3 girls working and apparently rearranging the bottles on an upper shelf was more important than waiting on customers. We then waited 10 minutes for our drinks. The place was dirty, carpet needed to be vacuumed. The only good thing was that it was quiet for our business meeting.
Awful. Almost 40 minutes in the drive thru, no where to turn around. Or back up. Absolutely insane. Will never go back. What a joke.
I just have to brag on this location, and especially the manager Wynter Walker. I was passing through town this weekend on my way home to TN and LEFT MY PURSE on the counter! Didn't realize it until I was 2 hours down the road. I called the location and anxiously asked if they had it in the back and THEY DID!! I was so thankful!!! I called Monday and spoke with Wynter and she was willing to FedEx my purse back to me!! I sent her the label and she was so nice to help me!! This location has a great staff and great coffee!!!
