I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I called regarding an issue with my drink and expected a professional resolution. Instead of receiving an apology or assistance, the blonde employee smiled and stated that she was speaking with her manager, which came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Absurdly slow, you’ll wait 20 minutes in line just to get the wrong items. Cashiers have zero customer service skills. Poorly managed, West side biggby will have you in and out in 1/4th of the time. Disappointing
If there’s a line, just skip it unless you have 20 minutes to spare.
