This location is terrible! My mocha latte had no mocha in it! We were in line 25 min for 2 drinks with 4 or 5 cars in front of us. No apology for the wait. When I complained all she said was our machine fell apart. Never have any problems at the other location. They get you in and out!
It is becoming very rare to have a friendly barista when I visit this location. They’re not blatantly rude, just sound miserable and snappy thru the drive thru and do not smile at all. The quality and service is MUCH BETTER at the West side location.
They have the best baristas for sure. Knew our order and had them ready before we paid. They deserve the world 🫶
If, like me, you go to coffee shops for the Internet access and not the coffee, don't come here. The wifi is atrociously bad
