Whoever the 2 women working at 1pm on Wednesday August 27th, your customer service is horrible! No smile, rude tone, and the other women just threw my straw on the counter with my drink and said “here ya go.” I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a Biggby! Do better and maybe act like you enjoy your job!
The employees were very friendly. I tried biggby a long time ago in Lowell with sub par service and drink and haven't been back since last week when I tried it in Mason Michigan. My experience at the Mason store was great so I decided to try Biggby again. I ordered the same caramel drink I had in Mason. In Ionia I received what I feel was just iced coffee with just a tad of caramel. The drink in Mason Mi was very yummy and blended. The drink in Ionia was not. Im not from around this area, we were just visiting family so we tried it and when I went in the lady was not helpful and had an attitude. This was my first time ever going into a biggby so I needed to look at then menu, she seemed rushy and when I was placing the order I asked her to repeat what she said and that seemed to be a problem. I got the food and drinks, and the drinks tasted like they didn't add any sugar to it. The food was decent.
