Very busy the morning I stopped by but service was friendly and fast! My coffee was made perfect, thank you!
Whoever the 2 women working at 1pm on Wednesday August 27th, your customer service is horrible! No smile, rude tone, and the other women just threw my straw on the counter with my drink and said “here ya go.” I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a Biggby! Do better and maybe act like you enjoy your job!
The employees were very friendly. I tried biggby a long time ago in Lowell with sub par service and drink and haven't been back since last week when I tried it in Mason Michigan. My experience at the Mason store was great so I decided to try Biggby again. I ordered the same caramel drink I had in Mason. In Ionia I received what I feel was just iced coffee with just a tad of caramel. The drink in Mason Mi was very yummy and blended. The drink in Ionia was not.
