Im not from around this area, we were just visiting family so we tried it and when I went in the lady was not helpful and had an attitude. This was my first time ever going into a biggby so I needed to look at then menu, she seemed rushy and when I was placing the order I asked her to repeat what she said and that seemed to be a problem. I got the food and drinks, and the drinks tasted like they didn't add any sugar to it. The food was decent. Great service and awesome coffee. Suggest stopping by to get a cold coffee on a hot day.
I ordered Iced Carmel coffee's. They charged, and made iced lattes so I paid double for what I actually ordered. Employees need to work on comprehension skills. This is not the first time this has happened.
