I am sick and tired of paying $10-$20 for coffee and food and not getting what I paid for. This location is terrible for that if you want a coffee that taste like shit and cold food that’s not even right go here.
Wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru to get my large iced coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The straw they offered sinks into the large cups to the point that it's no longer usable and 1 of the breakfast sandwiches is made incorrectly. I call and let the manager on duty know about the 2 issues. I was told the straws are out of their control and that the breakfast sandwich can be replaced but I have until the end of the day to receive the replacement.
