My issue is not with this store, they are good, I .not form this area, i uses the app to order and get directions, the address was wrong in the app and sent me the wrong direction. Coffee was cold and so was food. Corporate acknowledged the mistake and said thanks for finding it. We are giving you 1 free coffee which I never saw. Almost an hour from when I left to when I returned with cold coffee and food. I dont think thanks covers it i asked for refund and fot no response to that.
I like biggby but first and last time at this location. One of the worst coffee experience ever. The child with the washed out possibly pink hair was obviously out paying way to late last night. He was confused and lost with every customer. They had to change orders and he kept apologizing for all the mistakes he was making with ever customer.
