Took 45 minutes to get my coffee. Slowest drive thru of my life
Extremely slow at the walk up window, they need someone dedicated to the window orders. There is no reason to have to wait 20 min for coffee with no one else in line.
Drive thru was busy so there was a little bit of a wait but not terrible.
I stop by a couple times a month; and today only three cars were in front of me at 12:30. I order the same thing every time; a medium cold brew (mocha) without sweet foam (its too sweet with it) and a Turkey Havarti on a plain bagle. Several times I've driven home to find the bagel was not plain. Today, she handed the drink out with sweet foam, and I said "I ordered that without it" ... "okay, we'll remake it."
