I had a really disappointing experience at Biggby Coffee. I ordered an almond milk caramel latte, and only after I paid did they tell me they didn’t have almond milk. When I explained that I can’t have milk or oat milk because of an allergy and asked for a refund, they laughed and said I couldn’t get one. I was honestly shocked by how unprofessional and insensitive that was. Allergies are not a joke, and it’s basic courtesy to let customers know when you’re out of something before taking their money. Not gunna lie, the employees here seem miserable and like they hate everything, which in turn pours onto the customer. Like, why you taking it out on me 😭 anyway, I go to a different one now because every time I come here it seems to be an issue.
