Waited 27 minutes in the drive thru on my 30 min lunch break for a coffee and a bagel. At the very end I saw the drive thru worker handling money- dollar bills and change- and then handling my food without changing her gloves. Disgusting
The Pendleton location is always a disappointment to me. Definitely not up to par in comparison with other Biggby locations.
I'm a big sweetened flavored coffee person and unfortunately the 2 drinks I got didn't have any flavor, 1 even tasted like the milk in it was expired, idk what was wrong with that one. Ones that made the drink didn't even really talk, like hey, order up for "" nothing, just made the drinks then set it up there. Gotten some cake too and it wasn't good either, real cheap......... hoping I could've found a new coffee shop.
