The staff is usually very nice, but the speed of service is very slow. You can wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes before even paying for your order. Would not recommend coming here before heading to work
I usually drive across town to the McCain rd location and today I was short on time and I was reminded why I don’t go to this BIGGBY. Coffee was awful, wait time was ridiculous and they made me an iced coffee when I asked for it hot. I gave them a shot again but I will continue to drive out of my way for better coffee and service.
My barista was Jashanae and she was very friendly and as quick as possible without losing kindness and professionalism. She is the best employee you have that I've come across for awhile
