Bad service, confused and rude baristas, and just a mess of a drive thru situation they have. Cannot emphasize how rude employees are at this location and based off the reviews it seems to be a constant issue. Store owner obviously could care less, this is by far the worst bigby location in Jackson.
Rude and charged me $13 for coffee grounds!! Ummm helll no.
