I’ve been to this biggby about 4 times every time my drink is disgusting and I order off the menu so it’s not like it’s a hard drink to make. I’ve worked for a biggby before so I’m aware how all the drinks there are supposed to taste. Worst biggby I’ve ever been to. Wait is always about 15-20 minutes too.
It was very hard to hear that gal on the headset... it'd be helpful if you suggest to them to speak up.
(6/24) girl taking orders was so annoyed with me because i couldn’t hear her. was just rude in general i came here at like 11:30 today. they forgot our straws and knife for the bagel and we had to walk up to window and waited forever for them to give us the things they forgot.
Wasn't bad, Got asked to leave a good review so here it is.
Forgot our straws, very rude, lots of attitude, not very caring of their service.
