The food was delicious and the coffee really hit the spot. This was our first experience at a Biggby Coffee, we do not have any near where we are from. We would have left 5 stars, however, our cashier came off kind of rude and we felt rushed during the ordering process. The staff is absolutely fantastic. I visit just about every day and am always met with kindness and enthusiasm.
They do not Honor Coupons here. Drove out of my way on trip for a promotion coupon and they refused to take it.
I've been coming here for a few years now every so often and I can't believe it took me this long to make a review! 🤣 The staff is very friendly! The girls (and guys) are really cool people! Most of all the customer service is immaculate! Always consistent, and my drinks are always made the way I like it. Bravo team! 👏👏
If you order an 'iced' coffee, you'll get room temperature cup with 10 tiny ice cubes floating at the top. And if you actually want more ice, you'll have to pay more for the larger cup. Be prepared to wait.
