Only 2 stars from me because the drink was cool, but I ordered a damn toasted sandwich and it was served to me ice cold. They didn’t cook the egg or warm up the bagel. They’re just sending food out ice cold. Who in the hell serves cold food ?? Biggby I guess ….

I love Biggby!! I'm a regular at this location (and baffled by the negative reviews, so I'll share my two cents). I usually order on the app and by the time I get there, it's ready for me. Super quick, easy, and convenient. Mistakes are pretty rare. I get sugar free lattes and one time I got a full sugar drink. Not a huge deal, and they're happy to remake it for me.
