Went here yesterday afternoon and had 2 lattes made over ice. To preface this, I go to Biggby all of the time but never had been to this location. I ordered my regular white lightning and my husband got a carmel marvel (with extra syrup). Mine had NO sweetness whatsoever. It tasted like a plain iced coffee. Mercedes and her team are top notch! As a first timer, they were so helpful with their recommendations, and I loved my double mocha cappuccino!
I’m never 1 to leave a review but I swear this girl deserves it! I’ve worked in fast food myself so I kno how it is to always keep a smile on ur face. She’s always so happy upbeat and friendly! Today I was a little annoying asking a lot of questions but she was so helpful and positive! Her name is mersadies she’s a manager and she’s always there! This biggby has great coffee and service!
Went yesterday after work and was only one in line It took 8 minutes for my coffee. They are very slow normally but yesterday was the longest I have ever waited. And they got my order wrong.
