This was the slowest and worst service I have ever had. Do not come here and expect quick service. Got a warm Red Bull, cold sandwich they “just made” and waited 20 minutes for all of it.
Bigby always has amazing service! They are super duper nice, friendly, and really quick, and they even ask us what color straws we want. Our drinks are always so good, and they’re always happy to give us large waters too!
THEY OVERCHARGE! Pay attention to what they're charging. I literally got the same exact thing at the Biggby on Gratiot and 696, needed it to pick me up and ordered the same exact thing and it was $1.50 more at that location. Makes me wonder how many times they've overcharged me and I wasn't paying attention. I really don't care about the $1.50, I do care about being taken advantage of Update Went to the Biggby on Gratiot and 696 and Not only was my coffee $2. 60 cheaper and they were super polite and grateful
