This is the worst Biggby in the area! We love Biggby coffee, just pick a different location to go to. We ordered online showed up 15 minutes after the order was placed, checked in when we got there and then waited an additional 45 minutes. They are always understaffed and ridiculously slow. Love Biggby but won't be back to this location.
We’ve been to several different facilities of years and they’re all seem to be great. Customer service is awesome.
Drove 15 minutes out of the way for them to close an hour early! Now I have a very irritated husband.
Very long wait, they said they lost my ticket. Edit- tried this location again a year later, they gave me black coffee when I asked for cream and sweetener. Not trying this location again!
Best Biggby in town!!
