Placed a catering pick up order to be picked up at 745am for 4 micro brews. When I arrived at 743am. I was told "they are working on it but are behind and could take another 20 minutes."
I just went here before work to get breakfast for me and my bf. We got 2 chais and 2 bagels. When we got our chais they tasted like coffee, and the barista told us she thought we asked for chai chargers which is completely okay, mistakes happen, I work in customer service I get it. But she had a rude tone with us when asking how she could fix it and they remade our drinks in 2 seconds and they tasted not how they normally do and extremely watered down. Worst biggby I have ever been to. For months this specific location has been awful, from wrong sizes to nasty drinks. I’m not one to leave reviews but this last visit was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a medium Golden Honey Latte, something I get all the time. First I received a small, when i asked to have it corrected to a medium I was talked to with a sassy attitude. Second once I took a sip it was absolutely disgusting, no coffee taste, no honey…it tasted like dish soap, color of the latte was also so white like they on... read more
