This Biggby is a good place to get some coffee. It's not as big as some other biggby's but there is enough seating if one decides to get a coffee and sit down. They do a decent job with coffees and other drinks. Although the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Especially the short guy with glasses and nose ring always has an attitude. Girl was rude, didn't know how to make a hot mocha, and couldn't make change for a dollar, even when it was displayed on the register.
I have never left a Google review before, but I felt this experience warranted one. I stopped at this Biggby on a Sunday morning and saw only about four cars in the drive-thru, so I assumed it would be a relatively quick stop for a cup of coffee. Instead, it took 43 minutes before I finally had my drink. It was by far the longest wait I have ever experienced at any drive-thru. I wanted to give a shoutout to Maddie who went above and beyond for me! I had an order for 30 drinks for a firm pickup time of 8:10am on a Monday. Maddie and her staff had all drinks ready to go, name tags on each drink, and she even helped me get the drinks into my vehicle. I’ll be back for future orders!
